LARGE PAINTINGS

These paintings follow a linear logic, a path traveled on a conduit that is interrupted and split by a random incident of form. The forms rest and balance upon one another occurring as a consequence of an activity, recalling a sense of gravity, mirroring or transparency, whimsical balancing or dangling. Momentary forms that appear on the continuum of a line seem to be pointing somewhere, but often serve to punctuated a dead end, as if trying to make sense of something that is senseles.
